Store Policies
United Products stands behind every item we sell. If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will replace it free of charge. To receive a replacement, you must report problems in writing or via e-mail within 7 days of delivery. Postmarked letters or time stamped e-mails are subject to verification. All other returns will be at our discretion and customers may be responsible for freight charges outbound and inbound. In addition, all returned items must be unopened and in factory-sealed packaging and will be subject to a restocking fee.
